Standard GDPR and security always. Healthcare, finance and public sector have additional requirements around audit and certification.

Why no figures
on this page?

Because every trajectory runs differently. A Starter with twenty pages of custom content is a different amount than a Starter with ten standard articles. A Business in healthcare is a different amount than a Business in e-commerce.

If we'd put four fixed figures here, you'd choose on the wrong basis. We prefer a thirty-minute conversation, after which we send a concrete proposal within a week that fits your reality.

If it doesn't fit we'll say so. If it's too expensive for what you need right now we'll say that too. That's faster than selling the wrong package and being back to square one a year later.

Can you really not give an indication without a conversation?
Not if that indication means: "it's probably something like..." - then I'd say something that turns out to be wrong a week later. What I can say: Starter begins in the range of a solid toolkit subscription, Business is in the range of a junior employee per month. Enterprise with full compliance pulls that upward. If you want a concrete figure, it requires thirty minutes.
How quickly do I get a final price?
Within one week after the first conversation. That's not marketing, that's how we work.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The smallest trajectory we can economically do is Starter with a single source and a limited user group. If you're below that you're probably not in the right place with us, and we'll say so.
Can I upgrade between levels?
Always, at any moment. Upgrading is a matter of enabling more features on our side. Downgrading is possible at the end of the contract year.
Can I cancel?
Annually, at the end of the contract year. No cancellation period with penalty clauses. If after a year you think "this isn't working for us", that's your decision, not a legal fight.
What if our usage suddenly grows large?
Then we adjust the price to the new reality, not retroactively. You won't get a surprise invoice because you had one good month. We review quarterly whether the agreement still fits.
Do I get product updates automatically?
Yes, most improvements within your tier roll out automatically - you don't pay for "the new module X". New features that change the structure of a tier or are released as add-ons remain optional, on top of what you already have.
What if we want to build this in-house?
A reasonable question. We've worked five years on this product to make it stable and compliance-proof. Building in-house is possible, but typically costs more than you'd think and often gets stuck on governance and maintenance. We can be honest about it in the conversation.
